Now Hiring Residential and Commercial Roof Inspectors in Dallas, TX – Full-Time, Field-Based Position

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll spend most of your time in the field, inspecting roofs and providing trustworthy assessments.

• Perform detailed residential and commercial roof inspections

• Document findings with photos and inspection reports

• Identify leaks, wear, hail or wind damage, and safety hazards

• Use drones or moisture meters (we’ll train you if needed)

• Communicate clearly with homeowners, adjusters, and our project team

• Recommend the best course of action (repair, patch, replacement)

What We’re Looking For

Here’s what we’d love to see in you:

• Experience in roofing or inspection (at least 1 year preferred)

• Great attention to detail and strong observational skills

• Good written and verbal communication

• Comfortable working at heights and climbing ladders

• Tech-savvy with phone apps, cameras, or drones

• Valid driver’s license and a dependable vehicle

• Roofing certifications are a big plus but not required
